Walkthrough Process for Deleting Your Account
Below is a step-by-step guide for deleting your account based on your updated instructions and screenshots:
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Open the Qontenttai app.
Enter your login credentials (email and password).
Once logged in, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Open the Navigation Drawer
Locate and tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left or bottom navigation bar.
This will open the Navigation Drawer.
Step 3: Access Account Deletion Option
From the navigation menu, scroll down and select “Delete Account.”
You will be directed to the Account Deletion Page.
Step 4: Select a Reason for Deletion
On the Account Deletion Page, select a reason for deleting your account from the available options:
Privacy Concerns
Security Issues
Dissatisfaction
Taking a Break
Other Reasons
Optionally, you can provide additional feedback in the “Enter Feedback” text box.
Step 5: Account Deletion Confirmation
Once you’ve selected your reason, click on the “Confirm Deletion” button.
A confirmation message will appear stating:
“Your account deletion request has been received. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.”
Step 6: Wait for Account Deletion
Your account will remain active during the 7-day waiting period.
